H股是指注冊地在我國內地、上市地在香港的外資股。香港的英文是Hong Kong，取其字首，在香港上市外資股就稱為H股。依此進行類推，紐約的第一個使用英文學習字母是N，新加坡的第一個就是英文字母是S紐約和新加坡公司上市的股票就分別可以叫做N股和s股。

9、國有股

國有股是指國有資產代表同一投資部門或者同一投資機構投資於公司而形成的股份。包括由公司現有國有資產轉換而成的股份。由於目前我國對於大部分股份制管理企業發展都是由原國有大中型企業通過改制而來的，岡此，國有股在公司股僅中占有較大的比重。

10、法人股

法人股指企業對於法人或具有中國法人資格的事業建設單位和社會主義團體以其依法可經營的資產向公司非卜中流通股權結構部分國家投資所形成的股份。
